Lifeline Elite Sports offers competitive youth basketball tryouts in Omaha focused on player development, confidence, and basketball IQ. Our Spring and Summer programs challenge athletes to grow both on and off the court while becoming the best version of themselves.
At Lifeline Elite Sports, we believe in developing players—not just acquiring talent. Our experienced coaches have played basketball beyond the high school level and are passionate about teaching fundamentals, advanced skills, and a high IQ for the game.
No matter your athlete’s current skill level, they have a home here. Even our most talented players continue to improve their skills, confidence, toughness, and understanding of the game through intentional coaching and competition.

We offer boys and girls youth basketball teams in Omaha for athletes in 2nd grade through High School.
National teams for athletes seeking higher-level competition and travel
Select teams for athletes focused on strong development with local competition
Both team levels emphasize skill development, teamwork, and long-term growth.
Tryout Location: Brownell Talbot Scott Gymnasium (400 N. Happy Hollow Blvd., Omaha, NE)

Boys Tryouts
High School– 1:00-2:30 PM
Girls Tryouts
Grades 6-8–1:00-2:00 PM
High School– 1:00-2:30 PM
Team Fees:
Team fees do not include uniforms. The fee differences between Select and National teams are based on tournament schedules and travel requirements. National Teams travel to two different overnight tournament locations. Distance from Omaha will vary based on competition level and opportunities. Middle and High School teams may be played on the Recruit Look or Prep Hoops Circuits based on competition level of the team.
Fees and arrangements for traveling are that of the player and their family. Program will provide discounted hotel blocks when available, but all players and families must book their own accommodations. Team fees do not include athlete travel costs.
Select Teams play only in Omaha and Lincoln and will not include any overnight stays.
ENTRY FEES & DEADLINES: Fees can be paid in full or in two payments. The first payment (FIRST HALF of fees) is due upon acceptance of team placement (by March 15, 2026.) Remaining balance is due May 15, 2025. Team fees do not include the uniform. Player must purchase uniforms upon team placement. Average cost of the uniform is $100 and includes home and away jersey and shorts. National teams may have additional uniform items such as undershirts and warm-ups for an additional fee. Supporter store will be open through April 1, 2026 to buy new Bulldog gear for parents, grandparents, and any other Bulldog supporters.
Communication: Once teams are selected, all players will be rostered. You will find your team roster on the League Apps Play app. Please download for all coach-parent communication. This is where you will find practice schedules, game schedules, and important team information.
Lifeline Elite Sports understands that sometimes finances can be a barrier. While there are fixed costs in providing opportunities in basketball, we never want a child to miss an opportunity to grow and learn the game of basketball. We do have fundraising opportunities provided for athletes as well as a limited number of scholarships based on sponsor funds.
